Invisable Fence, Will It Keep Your Dog Safe
Keeping your dog safe while it is outside on your property is a major concern for every dog owner. Invisable fences are designed to prevent your dog from leaving your yard without having to spend a lot of money on a physical fence. However, the terror of stepping out in the yard and finding your dog gone and not responding to your calls can make the investment in physical fence seem cheap in comparison. Invisible fences are designed to humanly keep your dog on your property. Basically there are two invisable fence designs. All invisible fences use a wire that is buried along the parameter of the area that you want to confine your dog to. This wire acts as an antennae and is attached to a transmitter...
The Truth About Nursing Home Malpractice
Advances in medical technologies are enabling individuals to live longer and longer every year. As such, industries such as nursing homes and other long-term care facilities are experiencing booms in their business. Studies show that approximately 1.6 million Americans are cared for every year in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. Additionally, a quarter of the US population will receive care in a long-term care facility at some point during their lives. As such, one would hope that growing industries such as these would provide the quality care, respect, and comfort to the elderly and ailing individuals in our society that they need and deserve. Unfortunately, cases of nursing home...
Sometimes my son gets ornery, and just won't leave his sister alone. He'll poke or hit or verbally harass her, and it drives both me and his sister crazy! I tell him over and over again to stop, but he just keeps going until I get really angry and blow up at him. There's got to be a better way! My hunch is that when your son is hitting, his cortex is probably not online. The cortex is the part of the brain that is responsible for compliance, self-restraint, logic, and reasoning, and it is not well developed enough in children to act as a consistently reliable behavior inhibitor. Since the cortex is the part that would be able to implement your verbal instructions, and it's not running the show right...
New surroundings, other dogs, strangers in the house, physical restraint, isolation, and loud noises can cause serious stress for dogs. These stresses cause dogs to exhibit two extremes of social behavior: excitability or inhibition. Excitable dogs may bark excessively, exhibit hyperactive behavior, and chew constantly. Inhibited dogs may become nearly catatonic exhibiting slow stiff movements, depression, and lack of response to environmental stimulation. These behaviors seem to express themselves mostly at night when the family is sleeping, or during times when the dogs are left isolated for a long time. Hormones are known to effect both physical and emotional changes in humans and animals. Like...

ign="center"> Maintaining medical records is one of the most important functions of a modern medical practice. Properly maintained records ensure smooth operations of the practice and significantly decrease malpractice liability or probability of a misconduct accusation. New York Education Law 6530(32) requires that all New York practicing physicians and other healthcare professionals maintain detailed records for each and single patient. Maintaining proper medical records is a professional responsibility of a New York doctor or...

Secure Settings For Nursing
Secured settings or environment wherein health care is provided to the patients are classified as high, medium, and low levels. A highly secured or controlled setting is referring to restricted environments where health care is given to the patients. These includes: jails/prisons and correctional settings like forensic psychiatric center, alcohol rehabilitation center, etc. In many cases, patients with mental health problems and/or learning dysfunctions are the ones being treated in secured settings. Medium-level security is designed for patients who are temporarily confined in a hospital. The low level security settings are for the normal patients that go to the...

Schizophrenia - Paranoia and Delusions
For most of his life, the artist Vincent van Gogh was plagued by madness. His low quality of mental health detracted from his quality of life and his willingness to paint. So deep was van Gogh's suffering that he killed himself before he turned 40. Schizophrenia is a ravaging, all-consuming mental illness that seriously warps the mind of the afflicted. Some cases are so severe that the patient may need to be hospitalized. In recent years, schizophrenia research and treatment has become more streamlined and technological and medical advancements have made treatments more readily available to those who need it. Schizophrenia is believed to have been around about as long as humans have. An ancient...
When an investor buys an REO (bank-owned) property he will submit a contract to a listing agent. If the foreclosing lender is a smaller local or regional bank, he may make an offer to the asset manager directly at the bank. The seller will reject, counter or accept the investor's offer. In addition, the seller will give the investor a contract addendum that has to be signed to make the contract valid. This addendum overrides any and all clauses that were in the initial contract the investor submitted. Essentially, all the clever effort and clauses the investor chose are null and void if there are changed in the addendum. The actual addendums can be from a few pages to as many as 40 or 50 pages. It...
Sheriff departments offer many employment opportunities that go beyond being a sheriff officer. In order to run a department, it takes a number of positions. Staff are needed around the clock, every day of the week. Law Enforcement Officers Each Department is run differently. Some departments have jails built into them, while others require jails to be instituted in court houses and other facilities. Law enforcement positions exist in the way of sheriff officers, jailers, petition and order servers. The majority of these positions require the person to carry weapons and be weapon certified. Under the law enforcement side of the Sheriff Department are ranking officers. Most departments use ranking...

Virtually every home should have some sort of Mr. Fix-It in the phone's speed dial, since emergencies not only happen fairly often, they're frequently the result of your husband or wife attempting something new that looked very easy on Home & Garden TV. When searching to hire a...
What's Wrong With the 3 Strikes ISP Laws?
Many countries have started to pass what are called three strikes laws concerning internet connections. This means that once the account owner's internet connection has three copyright violations against it where that account had somehow accessed information under copyright a third time, there would be some sort of penalty. Some countries cut the account owner off forever. Others have 6 month periods along with some sort of fine. While it does seem like a great idea on the surface of protecting copyright, it does have it's problems. First of all, the account holder has no recourse. Many times where there is a law one would hope that there would be a way of defending oneself if accused. There is no...
Successfully Bring a Claim Against Your Lender...
Current Claim Approach Outline Below is an example of a legal approach that attorneys in the field and modification companies use to successfully bring a claim against a lender. Action Steps 1. The attorney or modification obtains a forensic loan audit to determine the strength of the case. - a. In the cases of a modification company if violations are found a certified opinion letter should be obtained in conjunction with the audit. 2. The borrower's representative should then send a qualified written request to the bank requesting the loan. The bank must provide a written response acknowledging receipt of the correspondence within 20 days. 12 U.S.C. § 2605(e)(1)(A) and (B). 3. The borrower's...
Sony Ericsson K800i: The 3G Shutterbug
Much has been debated about the use of a camera phone in respect to privacy and copyright violations against its great utilities. To fuel these debates further, Sony Ericsson have came up with their latest model - K800i. The Sony Ericsson K800i is not a just camera-phone, it is a camera and a phone. The classic candy-bar form in a dark case, the 262k colors TFT display with a lens cover on the back looks simple and therefore very sophisticated. First thing first. The Sony Ericsson K800i features a 3.2 mega pixel camera build from CMOS-technology. An ordinary LED will not do justice to the great camera, so the manufacturers could only settle for a full-fledged impulsive xenon flash. Other than 'basic...
Relationship Help - Finding Help For...
What would you think about a "treatment" for cancer that was developed and then sold by a businessman? What if that person had no medical degree, the only doctoral degree was as a spin doctor. Would you trust that product, would risk your health? What would you think about a "treatment" for cancer that was cooked up in someone's kitchen, and then sold by a very well intentioned, but untrained house wife? Would you put your life on the line? Yet that's what happens every day with couples in conflict all over the world. They purchase a product or service offered by someone with NO psychiatric training or experience. Google right now "troubled marriage", "help communicating", or "dealing with an affair...
Types of Courts - What They Have in Store For...
The work of courts may affect a lot of people besides the ones directly involved. For example, the decision in 1954 held in US courts; to let white children and black children study in different schools affected many families living there. Similarly, the bail bonds the system by which a person pays money as prescribed, affects a lot of people. In other words, bail bond is a process that is used to obtain the release of the defendant and the complete procedure takes place in court. A court is an institution of the government, which settles disputes through a legal procedure. People come to resolve their issues and other matters. The issues can range from divorce to a bank robbery or murderer. The...
The process of arresting a person has deteriorated with time. In USA, if a suspect is charged with murder, he/she may be given a bail, in which most families contact a bondsman to arrange for bail bonds. This bail bond is a surety bond to guarantee that the detainees will give the amount if he/she fails to come to the hearing. Now what happens, the suspect is called in the cell, he/she hears the charges and faces the judge. This procedure is called arraignment. Arraignment is a formal reading of the complaint, which is done during the presence of the judge and the criminal or defendant, to let him know the charges against him/her. In the other words, it is the court hearing for a criminal case where...
Police Brutality
We expect police to work hard preventing crime and keeping us safe. To be sure, the vast majority of police officers are dedicated to protecting the public. We are immensely grateful to these law enforcement professionals. However, there are law enforcement officials who ignore their sworn duty and violate the rights of law-abiding citizens. In these situations, the innocent victim of police brutality may have the right to make a legal claim against the abusive officers and the police department where they work. If you or a loved one was injured by federal, state, county, or local law enforcement officers, and you believe that your injury resulted from their excessive force or abuse of authority...
Since 1789 the US Marshals Service has handled some of the most important law enforcement tasks in the world. The US Marshals jobs are varied and essential to the federal government and the public. The US Marshals chase down bad guys and operate the Witness Security Program, of course but there are other jobs that they do too. Protecting the federal judiciary and all of the officers of the federal courts is just one of those other jobs that the US Marshals are able to do. They can conduct body searches and enforce the orders of the federal court and the Attorney General's office. All of the jobs that US Marshals do are important, but there are some that stand out and are recognized above the rest...
Arizona's Controversial Immigration Bill SB1070...
One of the most controversial provisions in Arizona Senate bill SB1070 made being an illegal immigrant a state crime. That provision was struck down last month, and an appeal by the State is pending. Before the bill reached the floor of the Arizona Senate, local law enforcement was already conducting random immigrations sweeps. Supporters of the immigration sweeps argue that all illegal aliens should be detained because it is unequivocally a crime to be in the country illegally. Anticipating that SB1070 would duly authorize law enforcement to arrest people for the new state crime of being an illegal immigrant, new tents were erected in the Maricopa County jail to house illegal immigrant detainees...
UK Immigration Law - Failed to Seek Asylum
Under the strict UK immigration Law, those who failed to seek asylum in the United Kingdom will be or may be detained to any of the detention centres all over the UK. However, detention may not forthcoming, not all failed seekers are put in detention. Those that found to be unruly and do not submit themselves to the rules will be held in detention, but if this is absolutely necessary. Many who failed to seek asylum, may be granted a temporary provision to stay in the UK until the UK immigration officers have made all necessary arrangements for their removal. Anyone who failed to seek asylum in the UK have a temporary leave to remain, and they would find all available means to be granted asylum, that...
MALABAR, AN INTRODUCTION: Malabar lies along the southwest coast of the Indian peninsula and falls within the state of Kerala and. It lies between the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea. Its name is believed to an amalgamated derivation between the Malayalam word Mala meaning Hill and the Persian (or Arabic) words Barr (Kingdom/port/continent). The name Malabar also has connotations to mean the hill country, a name well suited to its physical characteristics. Malabar is also used by ecologists to refer to the tropical moist forests of southwestern India. It is one of the oldest inhabited areas of Asia and the ancestors of today's population have inhabited the region for centuries. This region formed...
Review - "Little Bee" by Chris Cleave
Wow. Oh. Eeek. Hmmm. Huh? Argh! Reading is usually a silent activity for me. But, this week while reading Little Bee, by Chris Cleave, that changed. I've heard of people throwing books before and have never understood that emotion. But, while reading this novel, I became close to empathetic for the range of emotions a book-thrower must experience. I don't normally post about books I don't care for, but with the hype this book has received, I thought I might mention my point of view. Also, I should note that while perusing both Goodreads and Amazon, there were a lot of great reviews for this novel - so please take this as my own humble rant. The developing situations in the novel were astonishing and...
Know Your Rights - Right of Children to Free...
Have you left your children to basic schooling in India? Have you assessed the "law on the right of children to free and compulsory education and the right to education", which came into force on 1 April 2010 in India? The law on the right to schooling is the first law in the world that puts the responsibility to ensure the enrollment, attendance and completion of basic education for children aged between 6 and 14 on the government. It is the responsibility of parents to send their children to school for basic education in the U.S. If not, how you will follow the legal course to solve problems arising from the "law on the right of children to free and compulsory education and the right to education...
Equality is an Inherent Attribute of Human Nature
The equality of men and women is an inherent attribute of human nature. There are obviously some physical differences. However, the souls of men and women are identical. When resources are limited, women should be given first priority in education, because they are the primary educators of children. Other than that, men and women should have exactly equal rights in all human endeavors. This does not mean that men and women can not have separate clubs and activities and stuff, or that organizations can not set their own rules for membership. It just means that men and women are, in fact, equal, and should be treated as such. Racial equality is another natural reality that should be reflected in our...

United Nations Hold the Fort
The internationally empowered community known as the United Nations is our last and only appeal for peace and civilized progress. The United Nations was established, in the aftermath of a devastating war, to help stabilize international relations and give peace a more secure foundation. Amid the threat of nuclear war and seemingly endless regional conflicts, peacekeeping has become an overriding concern of the United Nations, and the activities of the blue-helmeted peacekeepers have emerged as among the most visible. But the United Nations is much more than a peacekeeper and a forum for conflict resolution. Often without attracting attention, the UN and its family of agencies are engaged in a vast...
"As members of the human species, future generations will be essentially the same as we are." That is, they will have the same basic need and seek the same basic rights. By basic needs I am referring, as a minimum, to those things necessary for human survival: food, water, air, etc. I also include, negatively protection from life-destroying conditions, such as extreme temperatures, a poisoned environment, or damaging levels of radioactivity. These needs derive directly from the most basic human right, the right to exist. There are other rights and other needs, too, but the claim to them is less powerful than the claims directly associated with life itself. "Future generations will seek their own...
An Agnostic's Right to Doubt
I may be taking this quote out of the context of the author's original meaning in that I apply it to religious thinking. I have no doubt that in their day, the myths (stories) of Generals Moses, Constantine or Mohammed had a certain relevance within the context of the time and place originated. But today is today. Give a guy a break. I have the right to doubt in the myths of the past. It is a right of and a right to belief in the private and public realm. It is a universal human right. "Everyone has the right to doubt everything as often as he pleases and the duty to do it at least once. No way of looking at things is too sacred to be reconsidered. No way of doing things is beyond improvement...
Live Right and Enjoy a Great Life
-- End Ad Box ---> Time and again the question has been asked, If really the world was created by a good and omnipotent God who watches over His creation, why are we visited so often by natural disasters and personal tragedies? On some occasions, tens of thousands are killed and whole communities rendered homeless by earthquake. At other times, death and destruction are caused by flooding. When their season comes, hurricanes sweep in violently and take their toll on lives and property. Planes crash, same goes for motor vehicles, trains derail, boats sink and cancer manifests. The hopes and aspirations of victims are tragically cut short and their loved ones are left grieving. Famine, poverty...
ker: Subjective Vs. Objective. In Marlet August 17, 2006 issue, Dan Ben-Aron, the author of "AIDS conference shunned by Harper" article, Mr. Harper is known for his lack of words, which very noticeable from his decision of "not attending the Toronto conference. The source says Mr. Harper decision not to attend a major international humanitarian conference in Toronto is consistent with the views of Canadian politicians and their constituents." (p5) I agree. I think it is also partially Liberal problem, because Liberal had been in office for so long. I feel that it just another political game, so I laughed so hard. It is Canadians problem. Google: conciliator: someone who tries to bring peace...

Discussing the Eminent Achiever Creative Genius...
For today's topic we take you to the subject of the all elusive creative genius and not only the creative genius but the Eminent Achiever Creative Genius, the most mysterious of all personality types. They are intriguing to us as they include such names as Leonardo da Vinci, Bill Gates and Albert Einstein. The term eminent achiever creative genius is for the most part self-explanatory and the summation relevant and yet categorizing is something humans like to do, even if it often misses the boat. Each individual on average may be rather easy to peg on the personality chart, although not all are so simplistic; nevertheless humans are interesting to study for study sake, they are predictable. The...

Michigan Immigration Lawyers
The U.S. has the maximum number of immigrants in the world. Michigan immigration lawyers, like other immigration lawyers in the U.S., play an important role in protecting the rights of the immigrants. Immigration lawyers have gained importance because of the increase in the number of illegal immigrants. Many times they help the immigrants from communist countries gain asylum. They also help prevent the deportation of some immigrants, who are ignorant of their rights, especially those who are illiterate. The United States Immigration and Nationality Act were created in 1952. Before 1952, a number of statutes governed the immigration laws. However, the statutes existed as parts of different acts and...
Raoul Moat Shot a Cop - There Was No Way Police...
Is criticism of the police justified? "Is the police force structure fit for purpose?" asked Robert McFarland in a Guardian (link below) article of the same name. He went on to say: "...Gloucester, Ipswich, Soham, Whitehaven, and Birtley in Tyne & Wear...what they have in common is they are all the site of one or more particularly unpleasant murders... that for days and sometimes weeks captured lurid headlines in the nation's redtops. Each of these crimes left a legacy if not of police incompetence, at least of police incapacity as to varying degrees the local force was overwhelmed by the demands placed on it." Criticism of the police is increasing. CCTV, camera-phones and camcorders are putting...
What the Bible Says About Truth and...
INTRODUCTION In the Daily Telegraph Atlas of the World Today, a section captioned: "Nations in Turmoil", indicates that we live in a turbulent world. Africa figures prominently in this section as usual in terms of internal disturbances, border disputes and causalities from wars.1 In that same Atlas, under foreign aid, Africa is represented as a key recipient of foreign aid among countries of the so-called Third World.2 But regardless of the plight of our people, a good sum of the aid received goes into military expenditure. In addressing the topic at hand, I will take into account the following: The Biblical definition of Truth and Reconciliation The Biblical expression of Truth The Non-negotiable...
Bill Larantz stepped out of a door accompanied by three, armed security officers. They turned left down the long corridor, walking methodically slow. He noticed the dark blue stretch uniforms they were wearing, which had a bright-yellow triangular shaped stripe across the front, centered by a large chrome star - the symbol for the World Federation. "What's it like to work as a security officer?" He asked cheerfully, hoping to somehow break the solemn atmosphere of his companions. But it was to no avail as they didn't respond nor even acknowledge that he had spoken. As they marched along Bill surveyed the faces of the officers and found that they looked straight ahead intently but saw nothing. It was...
Atrazine and Frogs - Tyrone Hayes - Back in the...
In the spotlight he craves once again, activist-scientist Tyrone Hayes released yet another study this week online in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) on the effects of the herbicide atrazine on frogs. It doesn't appear that his flair for the dramatic has been replaced with the rigors of science in his latest work. Once again, you can expect many errors of fact, inaccurate citations of the scientific literature, and a failure to cite the extensive body of scientific evidence that would undermine his thesis. It should be noted that Dr. Hayes' previous work has been repeatedly and exhaustively examined by governmental regulatory agencies as well as independent scientists and...
CURE FOR H1N1 FLU FOUND: NATURAL CURE MAKES...
A natural cure for the H1N1 flu virus is known to be 5000 IU per day vitamin D3 supplements in Winter months or 30 minute full spectrum light therapy to stimulate vitamin D3 production in the skin during Winter. The cost for a year's supply is just $22 per person or $6.6 Billion dollars for 300 million Americans. Flu, colds, and many other viral diseases peak in the 6 months of the year in which sunlight is less plentiful and when sunlight is not strong enough to make vitamin D3 in the skin of man. Every year the public is bombarded by drug company sponsored articles overstating the harm of the coming flu season. It is reported that 200,000 people in the US will be hospitalized and 36,000 people...
The November election to fill over 500 seats in the House of Representatives and one third of Senate seats is over. All that's left to finish the election story is filling in the names that will begin serving in January 2011. It is useless information. What is important to working families (who represent a majority of voters) is what this election means for the next two years. Several billion dollars will be spent to keep voters entertained with a flood of propaganda and misinformation from now until Election Day. Their chance to have a legislature with the primary goal of an accountable and affordable federal operation is slim to none! Slim just left town! The largest winner is President Obama's...
Child Visitation - Common Issues
In Georgia, when parents divorce, in most cases one of the parents is given custody and the other parent is given visitation rights. The visitation schedule can vary according to each parents needs. A standard Georgia visitation agreement allows the non-custodial parent to see the children every other weekend with holiday's split between the two parents. For example, one parent will have the children on Thanksgiving one year and the other one will have the child the next year. Judges always determine the custody and visitation agreements. The standard measuring tool is "what's in the best interest of the child." In recent years, judges have been just as agreeable to awarding custody to the fathers...
Benefits of Hemp - Our Planet's Most...
The secret is out. After years of misinformation, consumers are discovering that hemp is one our planet's most abundant and environmentally sustainable resources. Hemp products tend to be durable, well made, sustainable, and are usually produced and imported using fair trade practices. In the past year, the number of consumers seeking greener choices when purchasing has increased significantly. Products made from hemp offer an ideal alternative to fabrics produced using chemicals and methods that are harmful to the environment. Hemp is a natural fiber and one of the safest natural resources to maintain. The long strands of bast fibers found in the stalk of the plant are ideal to use in textiles. The...
Corruption and Transparency
I. The Facts Just days before a much-awaited donor conference, the influential International Crisis Group (ICG) recommended to place all funds pledged to Macedonia under the oversight of a "corruption advisor" appointed by the European Commission. The donors ignored this and other recommendations. To appease the critics, the affable Attorney General of Macedonia charged a former Minister of Defense with abuse of duty for allegedly having channeled millions of DM to his relatives during the recent civil war. Macedonia has belatedly passed an anti-money laundering law recently - but failed, yet again, to adopt strict anti-corruption legislation. In Albania, the Chairman of the Albanian Socialist Party...
In this article I will review, yet again, another political magazine. I will also give some brief background information and why I like this one as well as the prior reviewed political magazine. Probably by now you have guessed that I read a lot of these types of magazines and enjoy them immensely. Shall we get to the background information. Foreign Affairs is an old publication that dates back to 1922 when it was founded. This magazine focuses on international relations and united States foreign policy. It is similar to Current History but different as well. Foreign Affairs is published by the Council on Foreign Relations and publishes bi-monthly. The Council of Foreign Affairs was founded in 1921...
We Are Seriously Running Out of Bad Guys -...
You know we have a serious problem with run-away government in that we have too few bad guys and too many enforcement folks. Seriously, it's a huge problem, just ask any small business person about all the inspectors that harass them and threaten to fine them for some ordinance, rule, or regulation. And we have far too many regulatory agencies doing exploratory type enforcement with far too many inter-agency folks, combined with too many concerned citizen groups, and too many Industry association volunteers, and lawyers. But the problem doesn't just stop there, we have far too many Intelligence Agencies, and too many good guys chasing too few bad guys. Indeed, with our technology, it's like we don't...
The Fed's Role in Crisis and Recovery
Chairman Ben Bernanke's opinion column on November 29th. In the piece, Bernanke criticized proposed legislation before the Senate that would seek to curtail powers given to the Fed over its near-century of existence. With approval of the Consumer Financial Protection Agency comes a new regulatory regime that may also threaten the dominant paradigm, changing the way business at the top is done for decades to come. What will the Federal Reserve's role be in this new financial landscape, and how effective will they be in the face of continuing economic uncertainty? The Fed's mission is to balance between the twin specters of inflation and unemployment, which sets it apart from other central banks...
On Extending the Bush Tax Cuts
The politics of tax cuts is not as daunting as it may seem for the Obama administration. Tea party activists, along with conservative Republicans, are doubling down for the mid-term Congressional elections on the issues of federal spending and taxes. The most effective play for the Democrats here may well be a well-timed Obama administration reversal of policy to embrace the extension of all the Bush tax cuts. It makes good sense from both a political and policy perspective. Politically, it could well take the steam out of the Republican/Tea Party narratives -- that Obama is too liberal, a Socialist, wants an ever expanding role for the federal government, and is trying to "steal" our money through...
A Band-Aid For Healthcare
I have not spent a bunch of time rallying either for or against the healthcare debate, mostly because what I say or think will not make one iota of difference anyway. So why get a full head of steam built up when there is no train on the track? Since steam trains don't routinely run the tracks any longer, this analogy just does not make any sense? Well that is EXACTLY how I feel about this healthcare bill as it is currently written. At 2800 pages long, THIS health bill it is just too much for anyone to get their proverbial arms around, much less actually digest. It confounds me as to what the big attraction is in this bill that makes grown politicians throw caution to the wind along with their...
Quest For the Gem of the Antilles - Review of...
Embedded in his book, Louis Perez asserts through the crafting of popular support, duplicitous diplomacy and military engagement, the US summarily co-opted the war of 1898 in the aim to "weaken the Cuban claim to sovereignty" and inject both moral obligation and patron responsibility into the reasoning of the American forays of imperialism. Perez's book uses a vast amount of excerpts, reports and quotes from US officials, statesmen and first-hand observers to prove the aims he presents: · The US spent years in attempts to purchase Cuba from Spain. · Cuba is seen as a natural and logical acquisition to US claim. · The US viewed Cuba as a liability in its own hands and the hands...
